Cyclonic separators
A direct compressed air supply from the compressor to your company's network can lead to many technical and economic problems for you. Both the pneumatic installation and the machinery of your company require sufficient quality air, which extends the life of said equipment and its components.
Characteristic
Cyclone condensate separators are designed to separate solid, liquid and aerosol elements from compressed air.
They work by centrifugal force, accumulating this waste at the bottom of the container and which must be purged later.
This series of separators does not require any type of maintenance as there are no moving parts.
Its use is recommended in the following cases:
- At the inlet of the refrigerant dryer when there is no storage tank.
- At the compressor outlet when there is no accumulator tank, or it is located at a considerable distance, or the air installation pipe rises vertically.
